Working with the homeowners own pool company, Al was able to design this gorgeous redwood deck and spa. Using a multi-level deck and a tightly picketed fence, this project serves 2 functions. Not only is this a great spa deck, but the fence also keeps the dog in the back yard.

You have to go to Spicewood estates to see one of Al's finest masterpieces. What started as a repair and reclamation project, turned into this beauty. The pool, deck, railing and gazebo blend into the hillside greenery with a graceful design. Privacy and a stunning view! The use of a cedar shake roof really tops off this cedar and metal project. This was one of Al's hardest challenges. The steep slope and wooded terrain were very difficult to work in. Using the roof of the adjacent workshop as the deck for the gazebo, and a 20 foot suspended walkway solved this problem. Form and function blending together.
